We assume no liability for delivery delays or failures caused by customs detention, inspection, policy changes, pandemic, war, strikes and other force majeure events.
Compensation for damaged or lost parcels shall be subject to official SF records. No compensation applies to post-receipt damage, incorrect address or undelivered returned packages.
