We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
Shipments are unavailable to remote islands, military-controlled zones and restricted areas. Please consult customer service to confirm deliverable areas before placing orders.
Shipping Time
Neighboring Asian countries: 4–8 working days
Main European & American countries: 8–16 working days
Oceania, Middle East & South America: 10–20 working days
Delivery time may fluctuate due to customs clearance, local distribution and public holidays.
Shipping Fee Rules
Cross-border shipping fees are automatically calculated based on item weight and volume.
Free SF international shipping is available once your order meets the free shipping threshold.
Combined shipment for multiple items only charges one single cross-border shipping fee.
Shipment Rules
Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. SF international tracking numbers will be provided right after dispatch for real-time shipment monitoring.
Customs & Duties
All tariffs, value-added taxes and clearance fees incurred in the destination country shall be borne by the recipient in accordance with local laws.
We will declare product name and value truthfully and fully cooperate with customs inspection.
Prohibited Items
Flammables, explosives, liquids, powders, high-power electric goods, infringing products and controlled items are not acceptable for shipment. All our products comply with SF International shipping standards.
Damage & Loss Guarantee
Free reshipment or full refund is available for goods damaged or lost in transit upon official SF logistics verification.
Compensation is not applicable for man-made damage after receipt, wrong delivery address or returned parcels due to unsuccessful delivery.
Receiving Notice
Please fill in accurate recipient name, phone number and detailed address, and keep your phone accessible. Redelivery shipping fees shall be paid by the buyer if delivery fails due to incorrect information.
